Natural Coff Surpresant

Gentless3

I think that the concerts can be broken down into three broad categories:

  • · The concerts of the artists you've known before, but you have not yet heard the new album.
  • · concerts for which I know all the songs and the lyrics of the album and can not wait to hear them live.
  • · concerts for which I do not even know who you are talking to.

Here, for me going to see more Ragusa Gentless3 , who had their album "I've buried your shoes down by the garden ", was just the third case.

In these cases a serious reviewer, an expert on music, sitting in the audience and begin to rattle off his " looks like a.. , "" Remember the ... "" You can hear the influences of .... " I am a blonde but that phony come to the conclusion that if I can not find a foothold in the music hold on, at least I can describe the feeling. Even and especially considering the fact that not even the singer decided to give me a hand "you have to get you alone," he said. So be it.

The first thing that comes to mind is that, since I can not find any musical reference, this must be due to the fact that Gentless3 must have their musical roots close to the singer-songwriter and blues of Nick Drake, Bob Dylan and Jeff Buckley. This is at least what comes to mind listening to the melody of the vocals Carlo Natoli , but this was a voice that is more reminiscent of Eddie Vedder. And his singing is a hot sip slowly slipping, while the band behind him does nothing but create an emotional chaos that leaves the lens and explodes in the finale. A carpet almost post-rock to blues voice. One of the few bands in which is the battery to be the protagonist of the scene, breaking up a bit 'from his role as rhythmic background, evolving to become a soloist of the stage with its constant changes of pace and the dominance of the use of timpani.

And it's a bit 'like watching a storm behind the glass of a window, staying warm in your home. Can almost hear two concerts, overlapping with the dark and dense atmosphere of the voice of Charles and sounds open and ventilating the rest of the band ( Sergio Occhipinti on guitar, Sebastian Cataudo on drums and keyboards Floriana Grasso) .

on stage Cesare Basile that lends itself to achieve what the singer calls " a rereading of his chaotic and freeform" Ceaseless and Fierce. "
